Stop logging me out
Ffs make up your mind. Does it use Face ID? Does it use email address or does it use phone number? I use the app when I've likely runout of data yet whoever thought this app design was good is just a clown. Basic and poor, the giffgaff mantra

Plenty of data that can't be used, good luck logging into giffgaff with your mobile broadband allowance. Practically impossible. Thankfully, my one star review comes courtesy of Morrisons Free Customer WiFi.

Can't update payment as the app constantly asks for biometrics and restarts the process when does so. Security barriers have always seemed to cause problems with this app.

Why does the internet keep disconnecting? Every days.. Also Internet is very weak. Especially In closed areas, it dies completely. In this age, this is amateurish.

Used Giffgaff for many many years without issue. Last year the service has got so bad I spend entire days without Internet! App won't even work half the time, just refuses to allow me to log in. So disappointed
