Issues that keep getting blown off
I truly enjoy playing this game. But over the last 3 months or so, the game stops loading for me completely. I have reached out to the creators and all they told me to do is delete the game and reinstall it. Now I have to do that every 3 days if I want to play the game. At some point I'm going to get even more annoyed and just give up on this game all together.

Bloated trash game.
One of the worst “gaming” experiences I've ever had. Way too many bells, whistles, coins, gems etc. They try to trick you into paying for stuff you don't need, and really force the dumbest mini games onto you. I just want to play cards. Trash game.

Duplicate Charges and Emptying Your Account
I had duplicate charges on my account. When I requested a refund for the second charge my bank was wiped out. I signed out with over 400,00 in chips and came back to 0. I can understand this if I disputed an initial purchase for coins, but I disputed being charged twice for 1 purchase. I have reached out through the website and have yet to hear back. Please be careful when purchasing items on this game.

Totally rigged to take your money
You think you're playing against people but it's a scam. Buy some packs and you get reamed. How can you lose so fast? One day you get double jokers, 3 sets from deal. You get up a bit then the reaming begins. DO NOT GET SUCKED IN TO BUYING ANYTHING.

Game glitches on Joker game
I have lost over 500,000 coins due to a glitch on the joker game. I contacted them and they said to send screen shots. NEVER HEARD BACK AGAIN AFTER SEVERAL ATTEMPTS TO REACH THEM. I have tons of screen shots showing obvious glitches such as JK4 being three of a kind. ANY NUMBER CAN BE THE JOKER. They have sense ghosted me when I have all the screenshots proving it. They won't even contact me for the rest of the screenshots. I buy coins regularly so this is bad business they won't fix their game and make it right.

Game won’t even load for months
I have an I iPad, been playing for years then all of a sudden it started not loading everytime. I managed to spend all my gems before not being able to log in at all. I'm kinda pist, I liked this game, and spent a lot of cash on it. Not very happy
