Infuriating app
I like the content that is on the app, podcasts in particular however I find the app totally infuriating. When I try to load my latest podcast episode it lags for almost a minute sometimes before starting to play the episode. If I try to navigate the app moving back and forward between pages it will again lag and sometimes freeze altogether. There are even times that the app just shuts itself down completely. I do not have this issue with any other app that is on my phone which indicates it is an issue with the global app itself. I love the content but find myself growing more and more angry with the app every time that I open it. There are times that podcast episodes will jump back 30 seconds for no reason and with no buttons being pressed on the phone. I fee it needs A LOT of work especially as competitors seem to have invested in their apps more with much better results!

Playback of downloaded programmes via Bluetooth keeps stopping. Error message: "Chromecast disconnected. Radio Replay now available." [Samsung Galaxy A8 tablet running Android 14.] And STILL no landscape mode in spite of users' requests over several years.

This was a great app, and one that I used regularly. But now I am unable to fast forward or rewind when listening on catch-up. It's ruined an otherwise very user friendly app.

The content is good, however the app often has catch up download issues and the stop button rarely works.

Rather disappointed in this app. I had to migrate as the Google podcast app is closing, I chose this one as it was recommended. I miss the screen notification when a new podcasts is released and also the ease of use. Goggle offered automatic download and deletion after playback, if required. The library was similar to the Global app. The Google app was basic but worked well and maybe some of their ideas could be taken onboard. Not a bad app but sometimes less is more.
