I've known for 3 years that every video on YouTube I have to endure 30 seconds (not skippable) of advertising for this app! At least change spots every now and then! You managed to make me so dislike it that instead of using it, I went on foot!

I am really tired of this app, I wish there were a substitute, you order something get debited, when the items are getting collected one is crossed out as unavailable saying you weren't charged for that one, minutes after you have already been debited for all the items in the order, then you have to go through the process which takes weeks or days to rectify with them insisted you weren't charged when the debit alert obviously states otherwise, this happens way too often and is not okay at all.

A week ago I placed an order with a coffee shop. I was waiting 1 hour longer than the scheduled time for it to arrive home and still, it didn't arrive, so I canceled the order. In spite of everything, they charged me and when I went to ask for a refund, because I never enjoyed my order, they told me that they could not refund the money and that in addition, 2 days had passed, which is the refund period (skipping all consumer laws). In the end, I told them I was going to report them and they called me to return it to me.

As for establishments it is not bad, but in quality customer service is pretentious and leaves a lot to be desired, it has happened to me more than one occasion to pay for products that never arrived, and not only do they not give you an explanation but they do not offer you a solution or refund, the last time they scammed me 30 euros and two days ago the sum of 6 euros which although it is not much is money, Between one purchase and another, money is always lost along the way. Reimbursement that never comes, They are shameless.

I hereby show my sadness, as I will stop using the application. Because I placed an order, I couldn't cancel or change it. I spoke to customer support and almost 30min later they canceled, but without returning or refunding the order. I received an email message advising me that they would not refund anything I paid for the cancelled order. Too bad the service looked good. One less customer.
