Ok I think it's great that go fund me exist cuz it helps people but when your app crashes constantly and it takes 10 to 12 days to receive money is really ridiculous. I'm tired of everytime I go on the app an error occurs and it's just keeps happening over and over. Fix your app!!!! And fix how long it takes to receive money that's ridiculous!

Great App with terrible glitches
It is difficult to be the person to whom gifts are given, but it's worse when the people who want to donate are met with a website that won't accept their donations. I know of at least three people who attempted to donate, but the donation wouldn't go through on the website - I hope there aren't a bunch of people I don't know about who met with similar difficulties.

I HATE this app! nearly every time I open it I get an error message and have to clear the cache to even try to login. the user experience itself is so abhorrent and I truly hate it. the photo uploader is garbage, and there's no option for using talk text or even predictive text in app! it's why I go out of my way not to utilize this app or post updates more frequently. you'd think with all the fees you take from vulnerable people you could at least put some of it into basic app development????

I love the intent of GoFundMe. But the directions are hard to follow and there go robot. Doesn't really help that much.

Too complicated
Im not goid on computer This has been so stressful and hard for me to comprehend Im almost 70 and just cant figure it out Ive been trying but i cant get it finished 2Donors only because i cant figure it out

Uploaded documents and they dont bother checking them! Do your work! People are waiting for ID's and banking to be verified while youre being lazy!

I thought GoFundMe promotes your fundraiser to various people however what they do is ask you to reach out to your contacts so basically you're better off just calling your contacts and asking them for the money it's a huge letdown

Works great for the purpose
Mostly user friendly. Some of the link sharing can be tricky sometimes. Could be user error though. Thankful for an app that supports people supporting people!
