App riddled with problems!
This app is riddled with problems! For starters, it doesn't recognize my gold status despite calling GoodRx to confirm my status. Second, none of the features work properly. The screens freeze, buttons don't display, the chat doesn't scroll, windows don't fully transition properly, on and on it goes! Wth? I have an iPhone 14 Pro and am on a stable internet connection. There's no reason all of this nonsense should be happening. Also, there's no support for the app. Am so incredibly frustrated!

Hate the update
Since being on Medicare, I have saved a lot of money with Good RX, however, ever since the “new and improved” update I have had nothing but trouble. The app keeps asking me to download the update, I have. The app asks me to choose if I'm a patient or a provider. The app doesn't allow me to choose unless I choose provider. The app now has an “area” function and defaults me to Vegas or this morning it had me in Kennewick Washington…… Please! Fix the bugs!

I do like the app however I have been unable to open it for a few days. There is no update so I'm unsure what is happening. Just keeps saying unable to reach the server at the moment. Please check your connections and try again later. I am able to log into my gold rx account on a website though.

Excellent Service but Bad App
Ever since they changed the app about a year or so ago it is so clunky and non-intuitive to use. You have to go off the app to use chat, but then when you get a text saying you have a new chat it sends you to the app. It keeps giving me the same few messages even though I click X to discard them, and it never seems to be accurate as far as how many prescriptions I'm using and how many refills they have left over. Again, I seriously appreciate the service and how much money it saves me, but I feel like no one at the company has actually tried to use this app to see how annoying and buggy it is

Buyer beware
I recently filled a prescription at Walmart using GoodRx that quoted $91 and change for it. It was $140+ everywhere rise. Walmart would not honor the quoted price. They charged me $142 and change for my Rx. I wonder if the pharmacies are bound by the prices listed on the GoodRx app.

Unfair, Deceptive, Manipulative. I'm all for savings but they price gouge you to force you to sign up for paid membership. My mistake to click away for ESPN scores, now my medication costs $12 more, 1 click and 5 seconds later. I sense FTC lawsuit and a civil penalty in a near future.

Ever since Winn Dixie closed their pharmacy your app has not given the additional points for picking up a script. I have renewed 5x and no points. I have called and was told they fixed the issue and I would get my points but they haven't. It still lists Winn Dixie as my pickup pharmacy even though I use CVS. You need to fix this issue.

App & service used to be good. Unfortunately Goodrx did an update, the update combined my gf's meds and my meds mixed together. Goodrx has a drop down menu, lets you pick your individual name, so you shouldn't be left looking through someone else's (another family member's) medications, but the downgrade/update erased that option. If you pick your name from the drop-down menu it will list your other family members meds! Not only rather intrusive, but unauthorized by the other person. Legal?
