I paid too much money to see a movie in English, I'm in Latin America and it should be in my language or at least have the option to change the language or put subtitles in my language, which is Spanish. How can I get a refund for a movie I'm not watching because I don't understand it because of the language?

These thieves has not only removed some purchased movies from my library, but removed access to every single tv season I have purchased over the years. Tech support said they would fix it and didn't, this is criminal.

I rented the movie yesterday. I'm supposed to get 48 hours on this movie. I was only able to watch it for a few hours. I want to refund or let me watch the movie for 48 hours.
