Push notifications
App is good and easy to use but please don't send marketing push messages when there's no option to toggle it off in settings. I have had to disable push in the OS settings which is not ideal as I'd still want to receive order related push messages. Poor UX

Total cr4p!. I have installed this on several devices but I CANNOT place an Order. I have even loaded the Wallet with £50 and that doesn't work either. It always says Crumbs try later. I am going to uninstall once I have contacted Greggs for my money back.

Good app. Easy to use. Email collection alert is always well after the collection time so pointless.

Easy, just download the app for FREE to get in on the action. In your app you’ll get 6 different stamp cards, one for each product category - from sandwiches to sweet treats. Each time you buy a product in a shop or through Click + Collect, you get a stamp. Collect 9 stamps in a category, and the 10th item you choose in that category will be on us.
