I thot I canceled my ticket a few days ago and it was not canceled... is this why I don't get a proper refund? If not it is not only the app that is a low rating but also your gouging cancellation fee. Shame.

Tried to purchase a ticket online but couldn't find nearest station... when I asked an agent in chat how to find nearest station I was told that this information is not available. I asked how I can purchase a ticket when I cannot locate nearest station to leave from agent closed chat as I was asking a question

Honestly, don't use Greyhound: Uncomfortable seating - and when ppl pay extra for guaranteed seating it's not enforced. You have to fight for those seats. Does not work with you at all - if you run into issues getting to your bus on time. It's your fault, period. Lost Items - If you lose something on the bus and they do happen to find it, they send you this obscure text where to go and pick up the items. No address, phone number, name or department to refer to. No station number, nothing.

While I am thankful for an inexpensive way to travel as well as an easy-to-use app, some of the employees (at the stations in particular) are quite rude. I blame Greyhound, mostly, for understaffing these facilities. But I also witnessed employees yelling at customers and, in OKC, I saw an employee called the police on a customer who simply didn't like the disrespectful way the employee was talking to her. It also didn't help that my bus was 8 hours + late.

Waiting on a refund for a bus that never showed up been months and no answer the thing is i have an account and always traveled on greyhound but no more wont recomend too anybody either

unsatisfied bus air went out ride 3hour with out air they the bus broke down set at a truck stop for 3and half hour no airwait on a bus to come it was horrible
