The iOS app is missing See and Edit details, which enables you to contact support chat. There is no customer support email listed and no phone number listed. Chat only browser only. This phone app development needs many improvements and customer service needs improvement.

I'm so disappointed with this app. Someone hacked me and took my credit and bought Krispy Kreme doughnuts. And Groupon is giving me a hard time getting my credit back. I'm done with them. They can keep the $5 that is on the credit. Me telling everyone to beware is worth the trouble. ✌🏽 I'm done.

I placed an order for six (6) bottles of wine and when I did it picked up what I was saving in my cart. I tried my best to cancel the order and start over but found it difficult to do so. I am use to easier service than this. I now have to wait for delivery and then send back items I do not want. I could not find a number for customer service or anyone to talk with. I ordered wine a couple weeks ago and had no problems, so I do not know what went wrong with this order.
