Lower the trading Fees
Good app which I have had for years and will never change. However the price per trade is far too expensive. I have transferred a large amount of stock from HL to ii who have just changed their pricing structure. If you are considering trading do look at the pricing structure of ii. Only £3.99 per trade from 1st Sept. HL pricing is ridiculous.AJ Bell now reduced trading fees now too. HL need to do something asap. COME ON HL reduce the trading fees to be competitive!!!!!!

V Good but I don't always have access to my phone number for 2FA when travelling, needs to support alternatives like Google authenticator. App is good but I don't get voting rights for my shares so looking to move my shares.

Short changed
This App is lacking. You can deal, top up and see messages, the prices sometimes update ok, but sometimes don't, I end up using Apple Stocks or other Apps. It doesn't tell you if you have any corporate actions needing attention either, they should at least send you an email telling you about actions so you don't miss anything. Really feel like HL don't care and so don't invest in the App as it's not advanced much over time. Disappointed!!

Not Bad but not Brilliant!
App is OK. Not a bad app but does not show buys and sold shares as was available on their website. They promised they will provide them on the App but still waiting after over 3 years.

Not happy
Why can't I withdraw MY MONEY using the app as someone who is constantly moving money from different investments I don't want to have to ring your team every time I want to move money it's stopping me invest a lot more with your company

It's a bit buggy. An example is, if you have a pending order which appears in the top row, then when prices update, the app forgets it has a pending row inserted and consequently displays the wrong pricings and valuations for your stocks I.e. the are one row adrift. Pretty amateurish really.

The app works well for monitoring your portfolio (and other stocks) and providing dealing instructions. However, it is not very user-friendly in terms of navigation.
