Be wary before using Headout services: customer service for absent subscribers
Hello I would like to share my experience with the Headout booking site. On vacation in Dubai from April 12 to 19, I used the services of Headout 2 times; the first time to access the IMG World amusement park and everything went well. The same can't be said for the second time, I bought 4 tickets to Motiongate Park on a fixed date. Unfortunately the park was closed on the day our tickets were valid. There was no prior information or notification to indicate that the park was closed. So I contacted the support service by email since the chat and phone indicated on the site are not accessible. I sent 3 messages to get the refund of the service: April 18th, April 22nd and May 8th (the latter remains unanswered). Here is the return of the Headout customer service: "We are very sorry for the delay in getting back to you with an update. We are working with our local partners to resolve your issue as soon as possible. It is taking a little longer than expected. We would request you to kindly provide us with 24 - 48 hours and we will send you an email update. Thank you for your patience." In summary, there is no way to contact local support for assistance, the refund policy page is not accessible, the customer support phone number is not assigned. Reminders by email have not yielded any results and Headout is taking refuge behind the local partner to justify its inaction. In other words, Headout seems to be a site to avoid, I advanced the sum of €220.43 for a service that I did not benefit from and it would seem logical to be reimbursed under these conditions without having to suffer from such a long delay. Before booking via Headout: be aware that there is no local support The promise of 24/7 support is false Chatbot not working French support number does not work If you encounter a problem, you are left to your own devices.

I thought I was buying a ticket to Cirque du Soleil from their website, but it turned out to be a front site call Melbourne Tickets run by Head Out. I tried contacting Head but their AI chat is useless. I called their phone number and it was constantly engaged. Emails to support bounced back or went unanswered. When I had to download this app to get my tickets, I saw the same $97 tix for $63. I emailed support for their ‘Best Price Guarantee', but emails all bounced back or where not replied to.

Very bad experience, they have cancelled 2 excursions at the last minute and they give me no alternative and on top of that they excuse themselves with the fact that it is the tour companies who are to blame and they can't do anything. And they were 2 separate excursions from different companies. Come on, I don't trust them for anything anymore. They have wasted me a lot of time and money on this trip
