Good afternoon and a big problem that I discovered today is not working facial service through the app on iPhone 15 I did a lot of tests when answering the call drops. From iPhone 14 down or any Android is working normally. I ask hikvision to check this because we have equipment installed in customers who have iPhone 15 this cannot be like this

Why can't you save videos longer than 5 minutes to your phone? There is a reg and cameras for it, the archive is whole, everything works, but the application does not allow you to download excerpts for longer than 5 minutes.

Awful experience since updating the app, do not update. Playback no longer works and just connecting takes forever. Have sent two emails to the support email address provided, both have been ignored.
