App with a lot of good options. I frequently use this app to make reservations and check in to my hotel room. So far the check in process has worked really well. The reservation process is not as good. I recently tried to book a room but I kept getting a message that my card was denied. It was actually the app that was the issue not my card. I also had a check out fail once without any notifications. Better error notification would be helpful.

The lobby and all the staff are amazing. The room needs an update. The beds weren't great seemed to be off the frame. The overall cleanliness was not good. There was a lot of debris in the corners including food and old hair. The shower door was missing an inside handle to open it. It's nice to get new TV's but the double tree standards seemed to have double dipped.

Digital key doesn't work. I'm being forced to go to the front desk and wait in a long line during a major event. Therefore, as that is the only feature I wanted, this app is useless.
