App very hard to use

No where near as easy to use as website. Filtering doesn't work and trying to figure out the 3 for 2 offer is a nightmare. Won't be using app again and will just go back to using website! Only getting two stars because I love Holland And Barrett and am a loyal customer

Difficult to navigate. Search is poor and nowhere to put in discount code on checkout. Update on this. Still no change, months later. Search engine is useless and filter even worse. Very disappointing.

I normally like H&B

(I like the products available vegan and gluten-free. I also like their Save and Subscribe). BUT TODAY I DONT LIKE H&B! I tried 3 times to make a PAYMENT. FINALLY IT WAS accepted BUT I have RUN OUT of vegan ABC-Z and I have to WAIT ONE WEEK for delivery! ALSO there was NO WAY to change from Standard delivery! NO WAY to communicate this! NOT GOOD ENOUGH AT ALL! I HAVE ALL MY SUPPLEMENTS ON YOUR Subscribe and Save and have placed a BIG order today YET THIS IS THE BEST YOU CAN DO FOR ME! Eva Stevens.

Totally useless. The item I want costs £24. I ordered three as H&B have a '3 for 2' offer. That should come to £48. This app. charges me £57.60 which is £24 x 3 less £14.40 for various app. discounts

You need to stop logging users out automatically and the asking for a password to sign back in. This is a poor experience, not one expected from a retailer like Holland and Barrett. It prevents me using the app in store. Implement biometric login or extend the login validity period. It is not difficult.
