Even if you have an older printer, you can't avoid registering it in this application. The printer worked perfectly before that. Now you can't even scan anything offline. I will never buy anything from HP in my life. Thank you.

When a printer is outside the wifi network, this app cannot find it. That is OK if I can manually specify the IP address. The desktop version of HP Smart App can do that. However, the app on Android can't. I have no way to register my printer manually. Therefore, this app is useless. Wifi network is often a subnet of a bigger network. It is not uncommon to have a printer outside the wifi network. HP should not assume everyone uses the same network configuration.

Pretty good. It is also possible to use it via WI-FI DIRECT if you log in to your HP account in advance and connect through the access point that distributes the printer. However, sometimes an "unknown error" also occurs and only reinstalling the application or resetting the data helps. This is annoying sometimes, however, in general, the app is quite useful

This entire package the printer will not connect jumping through hoops. To get help they just cancel your ticket because ai does recognize the issue. This should be a simple wifi connection hahahahaha not.

Think of a REALLY BAD app, the printer may even be good (kind of disappointed with this Hp 581) but depending on this app makes it be considered garbage. Any power outage, even a quick one, it gets completely disfigured, the app can only make 5 copies at a time. Anyway total disappointment both in the app and in the smart tank 581.Every time the message The status of your work is unavailable and does not print Anything. It doesn't accept the JPEG saved in pixellab and I have to convert losing quality.it was supposed to be practical
