I filed in February and still have received my refund or any correspondence for my tax refund?? I called the number and was directed to the IRS... same problem 4 years ago when I filed in office.

Awful
20 years and they can't fix a computer glitch. That keeps filing our return. When our return is done, accepted and refund received back in February. Talk to people on the phone and it is still not resolved. I'm done.

Selected the wrong product ($85, I only need the $35 product). Can't undo this without calling support. First and unfortunately last time I'll try this service for taxes.

The worst ever!
Experiencing extremely poor customer service with this company. Despite numerous attempts over a month to resolve issues through various representatives and tax professionals, and after paying all required fees, my tax return was still incorrect. Additionally, their automated phone system incorrectly indicates that I am using a free version and refuses assistance. I've also sent multiple messages through the app to the tax professionals with no response. It's frustrating to invest both money and time without achieving any results or establishing a connection to their service.

Customer service is a joke. They won't answer direct questions. They know there is a flaw that triggers the system to reject your taxes and they don't fix it. They want you to delete and re-enter everything from beginning to end.

Don’t use. Poor customer service
I have filed my taxes with HR block but never needed them the assist in any filing that wasn't a typical filing. This year I am divorced and the IRS is asking several questions and HR block is of NO ASSISTANCE in helping navigate this delay for my 2k+ tax return. It's been almost 4 months and I still haven't received my return and HR block has no easily obtained resource to talk to customer service.

This App is less than nothing
They charge extra if you have 1099 gig work on your taxes but offer no help writing off expenses for that work and helping you actually lower your tax debt. Then when your return gets repeatedly rejected by the IRS the only solution they have is to print it out and mail it in which you could do on your own for free, except H&R Block also fails to even give the address you are supposed to mail it to. I'm sure the free forms at the Post Office have that though. What am I even paying for here??
