Selective items not changing
I use to be able to select the size and colors but know I can not makes changes to my selection. I am not sure what happened but the items selected will not change(example: select the color red in a top, the color to red will not show) there's a problem with this program.

Bad service no service actually
I wish somebody would tell me how to contact HSN because am being charged for a package I never received. I was in the hospital two or three times in the last couple months and never received my package. They keep sending me things to pay the bill and no way to contact them to tell them that I didn't get my package, horrible business practice very bad very bad business service it's pretty bad when you order things from people and you can't contact anybody, but they're there to take your money very disappointed

Coupon disappeared
Hello, I tried to order a jacket, applied coupon, processed to check out, clicked… and the item and coupon disappeared. Now I can't recover item ( was last one) and coupon vanished. What do I do ? Alla Zilberman

Gateway laptop
Upon receiving my gateway laptop, it would not come on the customer service rep said they would send me a mailing label to return it because I replaced it with a HP laptop but no one ever sent me a label through email and they said I waited too long to call backso they could not help me with it any longer

Return
I returned two bras that cost $3.50 to ship to me. The bras did not fit. I was charged $12.00 to return them. This maybe my last time to order. I think that it is outrageous to charge $12.00 to return two bras that weighed a couple of ounces.
