Not a good start as I can't get a verification code to start the app.

The idea to have different Jars is great, the app user experience lacks, took me ages to find simple setting, not as intuitive as one would like. I also now cant get into the app as the onky way to sigh in with with your mobile number, but just get an error, if you know there is a error the app should take me to a help screen. So i cant log in, thus no way to access my funds. Big downfall o. Sighup.

used to love hyperjar, it was a wonderful way to budget especially when i dont have a lot of money for the month, but the introduction of the 50p transfer AND now deposit fee is getting ridiculous. probably going to delete the app because of this as i dont want to be spending the little money i have on just budgeting and moving it between accounts. i also got a card to try and sidestep the fee but that refuses to work for any form of payment.

Use to love using it until it started charging for transfer. Twice I've not been able to use it abroad, even after activating it on the app to use abroad.

When I first started using hyperjar, it was an amazing app that had no problem. I didn't have the 4 transfer limit & could even pay your bills. But recently it has gone down Hill, can't pay no bills, can't pay for finance, only can pay for mobile phone bill with will be probably end up stopping soon. I'm not impressed.

Have been unable to access account for weeks
Randomly unable to log into account due to a phone number issue. Looks like additional security has been added but isn't working as expected for all.

Don’t use
It's so unreliable twice now the send money feature has broken, so if you need to send money to your bank account for any reason it may not work

Good app already from most of the time my child tries to scan it and it will randomly decline After a few scans but overall it's a good app!
