Won’t ever connect to my card
Doesn't ever connect to my card. So frustrating. The people in the store can never help me either.

Show me the money
The app says discounts will be applied at checkout, but there's never an itemized list or a way to see the discounts applied before I pay. I already have to watch my receipts at the store, because HyVee is notorious for not loading discounts and sales. I'll keep going to other stores that are more transparent. I do like the sorting and filters, much more intuitive than Walmart and Fareway.

The application is still broken. This has been forever.
Hy-Vee was a good store in the past. And, if you want to go in, it's still OK. Their shopper experience continues to deteriorate with a lot of items being “out of stock” until you go into the store and find plenty on the shelves. Other places like target and even Walmart or cub are trying to be there online experience while Hy-Vee flounders. Very disappointing. Definitely not shopping here anymore.

Not winning my love
This app is awful. It requires extremely frequent updates, which is concerning from a data privacy and spyware perspective among other reasons. The item listings do not reflect merchandise currently available in a particular store when searching by specific location, rendering it much less useful than many grocery store apps. I've driven to various Hy-Vees for items the app said they carried which my local store didn't and found those items to be out of stock or not carried at all. The app doesn't improve my shopping experience, especially since it virtually always requires an update before I can do something as simple as look up a sale or weekly ad. Knowing the awful political contributions this company habitually makes provides all the more reason to shop elsewhere.

Since you changed the site, it takes longer. And I frequently have to sign in before I can see any ads—frustrating.

Can't find gas credit amount and when it expires anymore. I've tapped on everything on the app and just gives me stuff to buy to get gas credit. Ugh
