Not able to place order because “inaccurate account information”
I tried to place some options for hedging my shares before the earning but the IBKR app keeps telling me that my account information is inaccurate. I kept correcting my account information for several times and it still rejects my order. I tried to call ibkr customer services but they are all busy. This is really frustrating. The security should never be an excuse to limit the freedom of trading.

Nope.
One of the most infuriating experiences I've encountered, from start to finish. Basically have to navigate a maze/complete a quiz to do anything. UI is abysmal, there are countless better options out there.

It has a lot of flaws, above all it is mega slow when it comes to buying and selling, it forces you to approve so much legal nonsense every time you make a move that when the time comes to make the purchase the price of the stock is no longer interesting, that is, you have lost the opportunity... Not to say that the stop loss is a chimera, you put it in and sometimes execute it, but normally the stock keeps going down, you trusting the stop, with it when you arrive they have fleeced you why the stop was not executed

I upgraded the app but now seems the chart was removed with the home tab… I miss the chart

New interface is not smooth to navigate, lacks UX features such as swipe to navigate between tabs, sort by option expirations, and many other small features. I have been trading for many years on the old interface, this new interface too much emphasizes features not frequently used for trading such as fund deposit and close all positions. Furthermore, numbers and button positions were moved around for no apparent reason. Please allow us to revert to old version of the app.

Android devices can't turn on ib key two-factor authentication, it's hard to use, but it can be opened after trying to use the iPad, so that the transaction must first go to the iPad authentication verification code, huge trouble, the app is too bad, and the Android version is difficult to use

It is a good broker, but very restrictive with so much permission, for example tam simple as using a long call or a pull sell basic strategies to generate Cash Flow and does not let me trade missing out on many investment opportunities is frustrating.
