Getting cash back for online purchases is unreliable.

What happened
When I first started with this app back in the day, the money back was awesome. Now I barely get anything back. I'm not a big Walmart shopper, so I hardly see any savings. Today I spent $300 & only got 50 cents back. I think if you offer money back at one store it should be all stores.

Please fix the problem
I used to love this app. But for months now when you click the product it continues to buffer. I have emailed support but to no avail. It's only on Walmart so far

Now they’re just randomly taking money I’ve earned.
Like just deleting earnings and they'll just tell me I returned something. Whatever. I assure you I have not. I've ignored it when it's been under .10 cents TWICE. Today they took .48 cents. It adds up. My time and frustration is not free so don't tell me not to complain. Thanks. So far, I've had to send emails (and products were denied) for super “easy” in-store purchases. At this point, after 10 days of waiting for approval of products from Amazon, I have no desire to bother with this app. Very frustrating and definitely not worth my time. There are many apps that reward for purchases that are much more reliable. BTW, my online purchases have all been long-delivered and the in-store purchases were for items that absolutely could not be mistaken for any other size/type, etc. Beware.

Not as convenient as I hoped
Have used Ibotta for several years now but with the convenience of online shopping, you'd think it would be easier to get a receipt from your local store but everything has gone digital. So if you purchase it online Ibotta can't accept the receipt. Only In-store receipts are accepted these days. Frustrated by the inconvenience.

Worst app. Soon as you try to withdraw your earnings, they would flag your account , lock it so you won't be able to withdraw, and then deactivate your account for violation of terms. They don't even specify what terms are violated, if any. This happened to me 2nd time. 1st time, I had over $100, and my account was deactivated for no reason as soon as I tried to withdraw it. I thought I must have "violated some terms" and gave it another chance. But the same thing happened 😕.
