Anyone from customer support is listening? I am trying to contact customer support since 3 days via email, FB chat but no one is responding. I lost my 3300 diamonds, I want to purchase in-game stuff but can't purchase. And noone is thereto help so had to try to contact them here. Please respond to my emails. Adding this to the response: I haven't received any email reply from you.

The game was playing through fine until I made it to a high level. I spent lots of time leveling up to try and make it to lvl 880 to be able to travel and start a new office just to have the game continually revert back to lvl 875 and lose all new progress I made. I tried contacting support through both messenger and email and they were absolutely no help, they responded on messenger 2 time and then just ignored me each time I tried getting help. And I never recieved a response via email.

Without diamonds, there is no way to buy mandatory items, and what you give for entry and tasks is a drop in the ocean. The translation is terrible. The ads are long. A waste of time

With the same gmail account, different records appear on the tablet on a different phone, it does not automatically save the game, although I entered it at the same time, I make an effort again from the phone to get the properties I bought on the tablet and delete the game

The idea of the game is cool. But money is not accumulated, ads are not loaded, bonuses disappear. Lost interest!
