Difficult to use the points on a specific date - to date no availability on selected date - 4 months ahead. Very Poor

App works great in general, but is useless when connected to wifi, as it will not let me log in unless I connect to mobile data.

Need to fix address field
When I make a reservation, it asks to set up a calendar entry. Unfortunately this puts some sort of random hotel/city name in the "Address" field instead of the actual full street address of the hotel. Make it really hard to set up directions using the mapping function in my phone. Requires pulling over, manually entering the address so I can get directions. Seems like this worked correctly in years past, but it doesn't any more. Would be really helpful for those travelers not familiar where they are going to find the hotel.

Hotel is fine
Very frustrated. We have been booking a trip to England for 3 weeks in May . However, when checking in early May to make sure all was well with the reservations, we found one of our reservations had been accidentally made in March. So, checked my statement & there was 2 charges for Holiday Inn; one for the amount of the room and the other almost double the price. One listed The actual Holliday Inn, the smaller price & the large amount had no information. So, watch your dates, the computers automatically update to the current date not to your selection if you were to go back for any reason.

I'm highly disappointed. Their rewards have blackouts on rooms. called them to inquire why and they told me they don't blackout rooms for reward use. I showed them proof they do and they ghosted me. Now They refuse to respond to me anymore. Don't expect to use your points for anything but a basic room which may not suit your needs.
