Opening an account has become impossible. Done the procedure via the app, got no feedback whatsoever. Called them, apparently there is no procedure going on. Went to a phisical office, being told that the procedure went good, then to wait for a couple days, still nothing, then told by phone that I should have received a post, which I have not. In a month, still no bank account, and very little understanding from their side, as I receive FAQ-level advice over the phone.

For now I put only one ... I change my mobile for new one and now I cannot log in my acc . I send and make everything correct ... After waiting for 10min for check ID just writed : sorry,try again. After couple of hours cannot login I to the phone

Awkward place 'Check the conversation' button
I am very satisfied with this app, except for one point. The 'Check the conversation' button is on the first screen. I have my Face ID turned on on my iPhone, so the app jumps straight to the next screen. Maybe an idea to put this button behind the first screen.

On certain days, transfers are debited but not credited to another bank account until days later. For example, ING collects interest income, a form of legalized theft.

Customer service is horrible when you want to register a claim or need help. But it is wonderful when they want to sell you a service. Hypocreates. I will change from ING

Very strange, the app has disappeared from my phone. So first I have to go to the playstore to look up the ING app and then do my banking via there. Even after reinstallation. What kind of weird thing is this?

I can't log in anymore, even with the fingerprint strange again. What do I or should I do? Reinstall perhaps?
