I loved this app at the beginning, when I started using it. The shoppers that were diamond ones were awesome. Recently it has really taken a decline. I get 90% of my order right and fresh fruit is declining in quality. Not sure if it's the shopper or if it's the shipments of goods.

App doesn't work half the time. Customer support is a foreign joke. They can barely speak English. Never again.

[name] didn't even look for one of the two whole items I ordered just said it was out of stock and replaced the other.spent 40$ for an 8$ bag of cat litter. Then I went myself 10 minutes after because I still needed the other item and low and behold at that exact store they had both of my original items requested in stock. I think it's time to uninstall and quit with instacart. Not worth the large fees and wasted time. Corporate greed at its finest driver gets $7 plus tip and Corpora gets 33.

The app is easy to use only if you realize that you need to choose a store before searching for items. Otherwise, you'll end up with several carts at different stores. Luckily I fixed my order and avoided having to find out the hard way whether extra carts also brings extra fees. Also, I left instructions for the delivery person to knock or ring my doorbell, and they didn't! I don't want to check my phone notifications constantly. That's a reasonable request. Customer service, you know?

I give instacart a 1 out of 0 because when I ordered just 4 packs of water, they gave me only one and it was for $19 almost 20. And I don't take that good so I do not want to buy from instacart for a long time.

I used it and they triple quadruple charged my bank never got the order and they tried charging me $99 on my account for a year thing that I never said that I would sign up for so they were doing that for 3 months before I caught on to who it was and I never got paid back for it so yeah I'm very dissatisfied with them
