Did not deliver order - require police report
Two weeks never heard back from them, like others have said and finally get through and they want a police report for $140 lol when they use a shady shipping company who did not deliver it and it says no where on their website what to do if your order isn't received or that you will have to file a police report. I'll never shop with them again.

Horrible
I just received my JCPennys card. I closed my account immediately ( within days) after dealing with horrific rude customer service, and my missing order. Wish I read all the negative reviews before I applied for this card.

How come there's no way to chat with someone in customer service on this application? I want to change my username and there's no way to do it? There is no search engine to ask these questions. Very frustrating, very disappointing!

Hate this App
When I search for a specific item in misses, I don't want to see items that are petite, maternity or plus size. I also don't want to see items that only have one size - those items should be in clearance. There's nothing worse than seeing something that you like and clicking on it only to find there's only one size or is currently unavailable. The JCP web developers need additional education. They certainly aren't web masters!
