While airlines have the right to increase fares at any time, I think it's a scam when, at the point of payment, the system tells you that the price of the flight has gone up. It's like me selling you a car and then, when it's time to pay, I tell you that the price has increased by 10,000 dollars. I've been with this airline for a long time, but after this scam they pulled on me, I'm definitely switching to Delta.

Mosaic customer here and frequent user. Here is my 2 cents: - after a flight change i still get push notifications on old flight. Why? Its annoying and confusing - make the boarding process easy, dont want to jet with my pet, dont want to change seats. Just make it 1 button please to get boarding pass - stop sending notifications to check out the direct tv schedule - i dont care and its annoying - dont need push notification that the flight i am on landed. Lastly i can do same day switches as a Mosaic. But if a flight is full it doesnt show up, i wish it would show up as a result with a FULL Flight message, why? Because people often cancel last minute and I just want to know that the flight exists

They’re gaming the ratings + worst app ever
The app is terrible; crashes, freezes; bugs; returns “no flights” results when there are tons of flights on the website, at the exact same second. Also, if you look at many of the “5-star” reviews, the actual content is saying that JetBlue/the app is TERRIBLE. How are these showing up as “5 stars” when even right in the app store you can see that these are NOT positive reviews? The ratings should not be set up so that if you touch a star for 1/2 a second, you've already “submitted” that review. Someone could easily think that touching 1 star at the right hand side would still be touching 1 star … but if you've even touched it for a second, off goes your “5 star” review. I wish they would get their app together.

Definitely not the best airline app out there! It is laggy on sign in, printing or generating a pdf of an itinerary doesn't work and app shuts down regularly. Disappointing.

Doesn't do push notification for your flight unless you separately search for updates and then choose notifications. It doesn't let you know this is required. After all that, it still cannot be relied upon to notify you. makes searching for flights a minor PITA by forcing you to choose airports from a list rather than entering them by code if you prefer.
