Trash I'm not able to add my debit card. When I contacted support via email to notify them I was told it was "account related" and that they'd monitor the bug but to call some number they provided. I go to the comments here and it looks like it's not just my account it's anyone who uses the app has trouble doing anything. This is absolutely ridiculous. The money is spent on essentials like lotion and deodorant. One would think this app would work but it doesn't. Go in person and put money onbook

Sending money no issue there, of course; I give that a 4 star, but email is for the birds. I can't send no more than 9 characters, before, it goes cuput.

Notifications
It would be nice if they would give better notifications when emails are received besides just sending out emails. The problem with not sending the notifications to the phone is sometimes you forget to respond to your loved one in a timely manner. So the notifications need to be made to be sent both to phone and via email as well. Please and thank you.

The app isn't too bad it would be nice if they would get the video visits on the app because the website doesn't always want to work

It was doing great for a while it even had an update where you where able to get a notification from the app. But then they updated it again and that feature is no longer. I really enjoyed having it pop up on my phone, I get emails now from the app instead of a regular notification. I also don't like the time stamp on the messages. They are like 3 hours off from when they were sent/ received. I also have tried fixing the notification problem on my own but it still will not work.

Don't download this app all it does is using your IMs to send messages to life insurance, car insurance they do it on your behalf, and they start calling at 6am vey iver their head, I was receiving more than 20 calls and daily or texts all from different numbers I'm bringing a law suit again them as we speak and the message they sent daily to be, all with a request to stop and they wouldn't... DON'T DOWNLOAD!! THUS VERY PREDATORY. USE SECURUS...
