Bad customer service and no help! Had over half of what I ordered missing and informed them they said they would look in to it and issue a refund then got an email saying I was not entitled to one no reason or appeal just screwing me now I am out £30 and don't have what I ordered bad app and bad experience!

the time scheduled delivery is never respected, and more delays are added always!!! The company doesn't seem to be bothered by their theft drivers that sometimes never arrive to deliver your food!

The new update to the app is awful. The UI was previously crystal clear and I was instantly able to search for restaurants nearby to order from, not it's a cluttered mess. Why can I not, at a click, filter out shops? I've no interest in buying groceries through just eat. Instead of being able to just filter out groceries, I have to bloody opt in to every type of cuisine I might want to order. Why is ordering groceries even on the same screen as ordering cooked food? They're entirely different.

I order very often and there has been a few times when the food did not get delivered, but the app said it was. After contacting customer service and asking for proof of delivery,they could not provide one. I've lost a few pounds with this app, they won't give you your money back.
