They give you false information, about the delivery people. On Tuesday, I ordered from Gino's restaurant and they took over 1 hour to deliver it. It wasn't the restaurant's fault, it was Just Eat's. Blaming the restaurant when they DON'T have their own delivery drivers and I know it, because I'm a worker at Gino's. Be careful with the information you give to customers because it is false, you damage the image and service of restaurants and delivery people.

A real shame... We asked a restaurant that said the waiting time was 20-25 minutes and as we paid it told us an hour and a quarter. I contact them to process the cancellation and they do nothing but drag my feet and tell me that they can't do anything that I have to call the restaurant. I call the restaurant and they tell me that it has to be Just Eat that they have to cancel. They washed their hands without giving me any kind of solution. A real shame.

Terrible experience, you place an order at 10 p.m., it's supposed to arrive at 11 p.m., you call at 11:30 a.m. and they tell you that there is no delivery person and that the restaurant closes at that time, that they cancel your order. And you've already run out of dinner
