Everytime I try to use this app in a car park with barely any signal it once again requires another update which I can't download, waste of time

Awful app
This has to be one of the worst apps. Unable to properly register and verify number or email. Clicking the links that come open pages that do nothing. I will try and avoid car parks that use this app.

Garbage
This is the first app review I have ever done and it's because this app is total garbage. When you go to the ‘add payment' entering any details is impossible. I type the first few letters of my name and then the whole app starts to freeze. It's not my phone I'm using an IPhone 15. Then it crashes. Even tried at home on WiFi in case it was mobile data. Same thing happens. Total garbage. And this is important as people need to get access to this to allow them to attend meetings, visit relatives etc. Very poor.

This app has has gone really down hill. It doesn't show public car parks when you search, just trying to sell you private house parking. It's a total rip off and Councils should stop using it and give the franchise to another app

Great app, easy to use. Had to cancel a space because the owner had scaffolding being installed that day and didn't take down their advert, was very easy to cancel the booking and swap to another one using the JustPark wallet. However it seems like a refund to the original payment method is more difficult.

Was overcharged. Continued to charge me despite the app telling me I had stopped parking, they told me I'm responsible for their app and refuse to refund me. I sent them evidence of this and they told me to leave feedback, so here I am. Wouldn't trust this app ever again.

Unresponsive app
Tried to use app for the first time. Got to entering the card details and the app just stops responding. Can enter about 3 characters of my name or card number and it just stops working. Closed the app completely a few times but same case time Ended up having to ring to pay for parking instead. Which defeats the purpose of having the app.

The app looked promising at first. My space was occupied and it was 9:30 pm. I could not contact with the owner as the app said. I had to rent another space for the same amount. The refund policy only favors those who cancel 24 hrs before. So those who have been told their flat rental does not have parking must try the app not knowing what can happen. I lost 39 pounds with no recourse. Beware if you use this app. My parking ended up 0.6 miles away in some residential area. And that was the closest by 0.2 miles. Nothing like a walk at 10pm, in the dark, through apartment buildings to liven up the trip.

The charges for SMS notification have crept in, initially you were offered an SMS notification for 20p, then you had to opt out (which took forever), now it simply charges you 40p extra each time with no option to change, and no description of where this extra money is going. Really frustrating. Greedy little piggies!
