App sends push up messages for promotions and promotions. The settings for this are hidden, the color scheme is chosen in such a way that it is not clear what is activated. AND you can't turn off the action notifications. The service is basically good, but only makes sense with an app. I won't use it anymore.

Terrible customer support options. The service works fine, but near impossible for support. They expect you to use their live chat, which often takes "45 minutes till a rep is available". 2 hours later, there's still no one there. Then suddenly they close the conversation because you didn't reply in the first few minutes after they finally message you - app doesn't give notification when they message. Their response to his tells me to use the live chat.. 🤦 there are no "other options"

Have the same credit score as I did the day I signed up for financed for a 6 month term, have payed several items off early, have never skipped a payment and now can't get anything! This Company is doing something scandalous and I am filing complaints with every government agency available including My Attorney General,BBB, Federal Trade Commission and many more! Paying off remaining balance then u downloading App! Shut this Scam Company Down....!Lame Response

Since December I ordered one product and a completely different product came. The product I received did not cost more than 10€, the one that had to come costs around 70€. The company where I ordered from did not send me the address where to send the package back. Klarna's response was to make do with where I ordered but. And that they have nothing to do, and the payment of 70€ must be made even if we did not receive the product we ordered. That company is nowhere to be found.

It's a shame that the app is getting worse and worse, it seems ridiculous to me that for a $35.00 purchase it wants important information and they charge $1.00 for purchases in unregistered stores and finally the worst thing is that it no longer allows you to buy something that they say you have bad credit and that happens and there are no late payments and the customer service is terrible, they don't help you
