Funny how they sell reserved seat tickets without allowing you to pick a seat
Only for you to show up early to exchange a qr code for a ticket. Makes the whole thing pointless.

Worst app! I will never recommend klook to anyone. When you in foreign country and click help button, the apps always crash and no one from klook team is able to assist! At the end, we miss the train and pay extra for the taxi. Klook customer service was also terrible! In compare to their competitor Trip, Trip are much much more better! Very disappointed with Klook service nowadays as it getting worst and wost! And your price so much expensive.

I tried to rebook my ferry ticket. It took me an hour to reach out to support teams due to an error in the app. I sent a message to the support team and was told that there are 4 cases before me in line. After waiting for an hour, it still said 4 cases. I tried to exit the chat and open a new one, which wasn't possible. 5+ hours later someone reached out. Since I haven't replied within 9min (I was on a tour), they had the audacity to close the chat. I waited hours, they didn't have 10 minutes!

PLEASE DON'T BOOK WITH KLOOK!!!! It's a completely FRAUD!!!! they will not refund you anything even with satisfaction guarantee!!!! Entry tickets not eligible excursion even when it rains!!! It was a completely Nightmare!!!! Never again I thought to plan everything with them and now I just lost money had to buy new tickets for universal studios and they will not refund me the one that weren't eligible.... DON'T BOOK KLOOK!!!! you will save money and nerves😩

Junk app, used it to buy a ticket and finally couldn't enter the park, and finally the customer service only blamed you for not going to the site for in-depth analysis and going to the site to understand that the park is different from their terms. Basically, the probability of stepping on the trap is very great, and some of the terms are different from the scene, and the most important thing is that the customer service still blames you and will not refund after understanding.
