It’s legit and works, but the app is garbage
Ok i still rely on this for cash advances so yes it does work and it's legit - the new app is just very annoying. First, sometimes it takes too long to log in (sometimes it doesn't move past the log in screen). Second, whenever i take surveys, sometimes the app closes out my survey midway and goes BACK to the Klover log in screen - imagine filling out a droning survey for 15-20 minutes just for the app to crash and NOT reward you any points, let alone not let you back into the survey you had halfway or more completed. Third, the points system used to be decent, now it's absolute garbage. 5 points per receipt scanned, 5 points per 30 second ad watched… what happened to receipts rewarding you 20 points and video ads rewarding you 10?? This app is becoming nearly impossible to put up with, and I can't wait til I don't need it anymore.

Not worth it. You will waste your time and money.
The amount of time you waste doing their stupid offers and boring surveys, and the roughly $15-25 per month you're guaranteed to lose minimum for taking even only a single advance is just horrible. I hate this app for wasting most of an afternoon. All payday loans are horrible. Just figure out another way to make it until payday.

Trash customer service
Update: the customer service said there is no way to send me a stripe invoice as stated in my reply to my original review. The customer service has no idea about this stripe invoice. I've been trying to pay $5 for 8 months to these people that I owe and they refuse to update my debit card expiration date so I can repay them. You need points to take an advance and you still get charged the fee. I just want to pay them and move on but their support team just keeps sending me the same script. Beware.

Youre trying to get your ratings up by making people hope or think theyll get $150. ive been using this app and would have rated it a 5* had you not blown up my phone asking for reviews.

Downloaded the app 2 days ago they still haven't verified my debit card. Even though they took money. Downloaded an app for points and 48 hours later still haven't received any points. Have emailed but all they do is send useless articles. Downloaded the app to get some desperately needed help. Thanks for nothing Klover.

I like it alot but the money goes up and down on the advance it should always go up not down if you pay your advance on time.
