Their customer support is straight garbage. Not to mention them selling half made games at $80. Just all around garbage company, glad they're getting sued.

2-step verification is broken
Having issues signing into app because it will not send 2-step verification code. Works just fine on console, but I can't sign into app or on browser from computer. I disabled the feature in the console but it still requires a 2- step verification even after deleting my number completely.

Rheine rip-off
I pay 100.- a year for a Ps Plus Extra subscription and can only use it on my PS5 and not on the PS4? Ever since Sony launched PS Plus, it's all about money! I'm switching to Xbox ciao from today!!

You guys need to change the streaming settings.
Give us more options, like picking the game we're streaming instead of automatically picking old game that's not even game on streaming… More options is needed Do better PlayStation!
