Jumps back and forth to safari

Love KOA but while looking at locations and lodging it jumps between the app and safari. I'd like it to stay on the app only. Maybe it switches to safari for payment purposes.

Cancellations

This APP makes it easy to find and reserve campgrounds. The big issue is trying to cancel a reservation when your trip changes. This app does not allow for cancellations, you are not allowed to email the campgrounds re your cancellation, you must phone the actual campground. It when the actual campground does not respond or answer the phone. KOA HO wipes their hands and responsibility is solely on the campground. An APP should provide the ability to make changes and cancel reservations as required. My changes were a month away when I started this process. Now 3 weeks.

Great app!

Very easy to navigate. My only criticism is that you have to call each KOA to find out if there is any breed restrictions if you're traveling with your dogs (that should really be on the website).

Pricing

It would be great to have the prices on the cabins and stuff like that. I looked online too, and I couldn't find any pricings the only way you can get the price if you just start booking and I don't want to start booking our want to see what the prices are for tent camping.
