Using this app is exhausting. There's no way to return to the results of a specific search after clicking on any item. You just have to do the search all over again. You were 50 results deep? Sucks. Have fun scrolling back to where you were. If I use the regular feature on my phone to go back, it pulls up the shop by category tab, which you then can't close out of. This is all provided the app even opens, which it doesn't more than half the time.

Since last upgrade when I have typed in something to search for and look at one item in the results then try to go back to search results, it takes me back to home page not search results. Very irritating. Other than that, app as been useful in the past

Every single time and I'm not even exaggerating, Every single time I use this app it "isn't responding". I have never had such a consistent problem with an app. It's so horrible and makes it so hard to shop

I have issues with the Kohl's app locking me out over and over again even though my password is correct. Also, I set up a payment which didn't take, so I resubmitted the payment. When I looked online, I now have multiple payments but the app shows there is no scheduled payments. I am concerned about the inconsistencies this app has. It makes me wonder if I should use it at all.

When you search an item and fill out a bunch of filter options which works great however the problem is is when you click on a selection to view it but want to back out of that selection to go back to your filtered list it literally wipes out all your search criteria filters and you have to start over every time you try to look at an item

Crashes constantly, gets stuck, can't scroll through pictures of products. I have to restart the app constantly. It's impossible to put a purchase through. The app has gone completely downhill. I used to shop exclusively on the app, but now I can't even use it and as a result, I hardly shop with kohl's anymore.
