KOHO used to be fantastic. It’s deteriorated significantly
I've had KOHO for two years, and for the first 1.5 years it was fantastic However, today it's full of glitches. There's still $241 on my Cash Back balance that KOHO won't redeem, and whenever I try to redeem my funds the app freezes. Good luck getting in contact with a customer service agent, it's almost impossible to get someone on the line and the self-serve option won't help either I suggest you temper your expectations. If you asked me 6 months ago, I would've told you KOHO is the best app ever. If you asked me today, I would advise you to look elsewhere

Terrible service
Could not find a phone number other than the 855 number listed with very few options. Could not speak with a human and when I finally did get in touch with one it was through a chat which takes a great length of time itself just to reach one and the response time between question and answer was deplorable. Had to clarify a response to my initial question. Could not find the chat feature on my iPhone app - thankfully had a laptop to do so. Very poor service and very difficult to navigate the app. Would I recommend KOHO - unfortunately not unless changes are made by management to develop a respectful and user friendly interface with staff that you can speak to be more productive at the very least.

Customer service can be redundant and ridiculous, but the app works great Great features. It's a bank and a credit card at the same time with lots of rewards. I hope the customer service gets better.

Error codes when trying to cancel cover. Support not reachable In app. $50 taken out of account randomly and support just spews canned made answers no real investigation into issue.

Good app when it works. I've been a user for years without issue, but I've been unable to log into my account on my phone for over a month now and there still seems to be no fix in sight. Support hasn't been able to help much (though to their credit, they've tried) and I have no earthly idea when this will be fixed. Really sucks, coming from a company I rely on daily.

Had a 200 dollar grocery order get rejected for "wrong pin" but koho doesn't even ask for a pin. Card locked for no reason as well.
