Spent 3 months+ trying to talk to a specialist instead of a bot for help withdrawing my pla but only got please wait due to high traffic. So I keeped paying a fee every week and having it stay in my account only for the withdraw option to eventually be removed and magically I received help after 3 months of trying only to be told "they've suspended it". Over 1500 dollars is now lingering in my account unavailable to be moved to platform that can sell them. I recommend any other app, its a scam.

When you set an order (because it is the only way they have to buy at market price), if the price is going down, your order will never be fulfilled. So, you can't buy when it is going down. Nice feature 👌

Don't use Kraken, they have blocked the accounts of hundreds of users including mine, for weeks or even months. Their support ingores all my mails and doesn't have any response from them. I'm a daily trader and my account is blocked for weeks now, Google about it before install, you will loose your crypto. Go for an other broker.

Cheap and simple app
The appearance is getting and worse these days. It used to be a luxuary logo and app but it looks cheaper per update. I don't know what developer of company is working on it but I would kick him or them out.
