I wanted to use the digital coupons but my app says I need an update. My phone won't let me do it because it's low on memory and wants me to discard apps that I want to keep. Why do you update so often? Also, I can't count the number of times I have wanted to use the digital coupons and can't find them listed with the other digital coupons. It is soooo frustrating. You app needs to be a lot more user friendly.

This app just keeps getting worse and worse. Lagging, bugs, failure to load, couponsnor loading, the list goes on. The pharmacy redirecting to the web page is the worst! It doesn't work half of the time and the multi-factor authenticating is useless and horrible! You can't turn it off, you can't change it to text message, and it never sends the email most of the time. And no, Kroger-bot, the emails aren't in my spam folder, nor do I need to un-install and reinstall it for a third time.

She for got my chocolate pudding. And then she told me I didn't order any Pudding well I new I ordered it. Because I'm a caregiver and that's one of the things I always get. But that's okay. This want happen again. I would rather see what I'm buying. CMAC

Unhappy that it does not tell you what items are out of stock. You don't find out until your cart is ready to check out and then it will say unavailable. But it doesn't tell you what is unavailable. It's ridiculous anymore.

A good idea with bad execution. Menu is scattered with difficult to follow paths . A simplified menu would be optimal. I just want a button for "shop", "sales", "coupons". And maybe fuel points. Everything else should be in drop down menu. I clip coupons and then can't find where they are (easily). Eventually I do find them, but it is definitely easy to lose my place again finding my shopping list isn't simple enough either.
