From the past 2 years using this card, I found that it is the most rubbish credit card in the UK, it declined your transaction for online shopping VERY VERY often, also the contactless payment at the mainstream stores like ASDA,McDonald's,which was at least 20% of contactless transaction will be declined. The app will even decline my early payment !!! That's really absurd & troublesome !!! I have changed my payment method with another credit card for my usual online shopping, problem solved.

App does not work..keeps going to a blank screen. Waste of time

Trying to sign up an am bein directed to open 9/10 diffrnat tabs at once but not gettin to page that is required Thought setup was easy wen uve been excepted

Very bad experience, every time I going to connect with bank, even putting everything right still giving couldn't connect with bank, it's been 5 says still same problem

Gaining financial (bank card details) information without your authorisation.

kept not connecting to my bank at first, unsure if it was my bank or truelayer, all sorted now so all good

Why is the minimum payment £20 even if trying to pay extra?.
