This app has caused several fights and nearly gotten me into several accidents
This app usually works great when synced with the SUV, however, it randomly stops working and asks for a pin. I don't think that I have ever set one either. How is one expected to drive around a major city that one is unfamiliar with and enter a pin that one doesn't remember. It is infuriating and dangerous. Lexus, when one pays as much as you charge for a vehicle and you require an app to use the car play, how does it make sense for the app to stop working [address]and ask for a passcode. Do better!

Internal Server Error Occurred
It's been impossible to download the digital key for my new vehicle, arguably one of the most useful features on an app like this. It hangs at the verification step after sending a text to my phone. The dealer has not been helpful and neither has Lexus support. Great cars, way behind on integrating software.

Digital key stopped working
After update my car no longer recognizes the digital key. Hire engineers that know what they are doing. My Hyundai app is way more intuitive and works 1000 times better.

The app and the layout is great, 2 stars because it will drain your phone battery, I have a Galaxy 22 Ultra, it takes a lot to drain the battery so the app is not optimized very well. I've turned off location access altogether, it will help but then I'm suspecting some features will not work properly, I don't know why it needs to run in the background constantly.

Do Lexus Staff Even Use This App?
There is just so much wrong with it. The digital key is terrible - and if the app drops it, it's gone. I've reinstalled the app countless times on multiple iPhones… The Apple Watch app is horrible and is constantly signed out. And to top it off, the phone app also signs out all the time - for “security”. This may or may not result in the digital key failing. How is this so bad?
