Left after rate hike
I usually never leave a review but after their treatment of us, I felt it necessary to do so. My husband and I have been with liberty mutual for five years, for both auto and homeowners insurance. For the last three years, our insurance has been raised consistently even though we've never filed a claim on either insurance policy. We sold one of our vehicles and asked to have it removed; they lost our documents and raised our insurance over $100 after the removal 6 months later. Also never got the refund for insurance paid on the vehicle we sold and didn't have for the same 6 months. I would advise anyone looking at these reviews to think twice before going with this company.

It never works, I always have to call to handle anything with my policies. Currently attempting to renew and the app just throws up errors. I've Uninstalled and tried updating, but nothing works.

Won't let me add a driver without calling and trying to understand somebody that can barely speak English. Guess I'll just cancel and go with somebody cheaper.
