I always rwview a store and give them a 5 star because the purchase process was easy but that is always easy because they are getting paid and would like their money up front. Then I find out that the store is not want I thought and that people are scam artist. So for now I think Light in the Box is great BUT this review is before I had the chance to review the items I ordered. I hope I can put the second part of this review up and confirm that Light in the Box is indeed GREAT. Fingers crossed..

I purchased an item that was advertised as a genuine Remington product. I received a generic brand item, not what I paid for. I paid a decent amount of money but received a product worth $10 quality. I would not recommend dealing with this company. Very unhappy customer.

Do not order clothing from this app, the pants I ordered all have holes in the pockets I order 3xl jackets that are like mediums, it was suppose to arrive olby may 5th arrived may 9th, there is no refund or retu4n option
