On April, 30,2024 I only made one ride of $10.38 then when I checked my bank account I had a charge for $35.61 I tried getting my refund and I even e-mailed screenshots with proof and whoever ever is on the other end does NOT want to give me my refund!!!

Either it does not display scooters on the map, or it is not possible to log in...

It is not possible to use it while roaming. There is a network error and it doesn't work at all. Near the house, the house's Wi-Fi worked normally, but as soon as I got out, the problem happened. I paid for 180 minutes, but I just blew my money. It's ridiculous that it can be used all over the world, but it doesn't work in roaming state.

Lime has committed itself together with ATAC to allow those in possession of the annual metro pass to use the scooters. Despite repeated requests, Lime never responded to the forms I submitted. Shame

For now I have found them perfectly functional, the only problem, they are always very dirty (baskets full of things thrown away by the bad people). Some have a very hard closure to adjust the saddle
