No crazy crust or crazy style on app
I used to eat Little Caesar's all the time. Now I don't, because I need the convenience of delivery, and Little Caesar's doesn't let you get crazy style unless it's in store. Can't call it in, can't ask for it on the app; and it's the thing that takes Little Ceasar's from a 4 to a 9. Unfortunately Dominos is the move now- and somehow it's cheaper. When did that happen?

Stole my money
I placed the order for $46 and was waiting for my delivery as I was looking at the delivery tracker. I seen that my delivery driver was going the opposite direction of my apartment. I called the customer support and asked him what was going on and was told that the driver was told to go to a different location, then asked how can we rectify the situation and possibly give me a refund or do a re-order the customer support rep said there's nothing he can do and that I pretty much just lost the money I spent on my order. This was the worst customer service I ever had.

my store substituted a stuffed crust pepperoni pizza for stuffed crust pretzel pizza and said you no longer sell cheese sauce. I am now inconvenienced waiting for a pretzel pizza with stuffed crust but no cheese

over 8 dollars in added fees on top of no tax but tax from the city and something else. to sum it up, a $21 order is a $31 order. sweet, right? also, we're not able to edit the toppings or anything so yay for that
