To be honest, I don't know who these "trainings" are designed for, given that there is a plan for a month and the shortest workout lasts 8 minutes, and the longest 14 minutes. And in terms of calories, at best, 195 calories are burned. This is very little. I studied for 3 months and there was no result. Razvodilovo.
