Bookings are not displayed
Unfortunately, even after today's update, the bookings are no longer loaded. There is only a reference to an unspecified error. Very annoying. About two weeks ago it was still working. Unfortunately, the app cannot be used without bookings.

The app would be 5-star if it worked. Unfortunately, exactly the part for which the app is primarily made does not work. Displaying booked flights, boarding passes, etc. has not been possible for quite some time now. There can always be technical problems, but it's embarrassing when LH can't fix something like this in a timely manner. It is certainly not good for the reputation and expression of the new quality offensive.

I can only agree with the previous opinions. I've been using the app for years. Since the end of April, no data download has been possible. Logging out and uninstalling did not bring any success. After reinstallation, I now have no bookings at all, I have to travel with paper again. Correspondence via the email address provided will not be answered.

App only for logging in
The app used to be very helpful and generally usable (search for flights, manage trips, etc.). Why you have to have an account now to use it at all is beyond me. What a pity.

Disastrous. If you can pay for four-digit bookings via app, it should not cancel the payment process several times and with different payment methods and link back to the payment form. Especially not if the payment was made in the background, but it is not displayed in the app. After all, I happened to find the booking confirmation in my inbox, who knows how many times else I would have paid for the flight.
