DO NOT USE THIS APP!! I changed how to get paid to Lyft Direct. Nothing works. I have money in an account that I've been trying to get out ALL DAY!! Everyone there says "this issue has been expedited to the highest level", but there's no change.

Checking login with text or email does not work
Whoever wrote that, please change it. You are not reading codes from text or email, and switching manually to text or email automatically invalidates the current code. And it is going on and on until the account is locked. Big bug 🐝

I want to say the app is not working
I am attempting to create an account, as a driver, and upon putting in my cell number I am not receiving any codes to move further into the process.

I was blocked from accessing Lyft Direct and they have not been able to attend to my request to restore, very poor service for communication with technical support

Technology & Banking = 💥
I have to say that the only reason why I gave it ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ instead of 5 is because I wish there wasn't a fee to deposit 💵 cash. I feel that defeats the purpose of depositing the money. Also, I cannot transfer money from another bank account to my Lyft Direct account. 🥴

Use your own bank card
Lyft direct pay card isn't worth not paying the withdraw fees. There are constant issues with getting your money when you're supposed to, them using “pre authorization holds” to excuse them taking your account into negatives and the rudest representatives that barely speak English.

Propose a major update
I would like it to have English and Spanish for both languages. And I also think it would be very conducive and convenient if the app had the option to transfer money via zellle. I can't conceive of a bank app these days that doesn't have those two basic and important things, that's why my 2-star rating

My opinion
I love what I do but when you pull up to someone house they cancel you get nothing an I don't understand when you use gas to get there. Also it need to crack down on people getting upset an call on you an make a lie up to get your driver a bad review. When you done all you can. Also penalties us because we don't want to take that long drive that's why they have a distance to go. Also when you trying to get off line a ride come up an you don't accept it then it hones on you not fair. Another thing the GPS does what it wants. It tells you when to turn when you already at the turn
